What's in the new «August decree»

September 2020

The new Decree-Law 14.8.2020 n. 104 (the so-called "August decree”), contains urgent measures and innovations to support and restart the economy drammaticaly hit by the Covid19 emergency. This decree, which consists of 115 articles, entered into force on 15.08.2020 and must be converted into law by 13.10.2020.
