Managing Partner

Ferdinando De Feo graduated cum laude from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and is registered with the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors. Since 2011, he has been a founding partner and managing director of Russell Bedford SITAX, based in Rome at Via Maurizio Bufalini 8.

He has gained extensive experience in the field of taxation, with a particular specialization in corporate matters, primarily focusing on M&A and private equity transactions. He also has long-standing experience with both international and Italian clients in the areas of business valuation, assistance in settlement procedures, and tax litigation — areas that are regularly applied in his professional practice. His profound knowledge of the Spanish language and the Italian tax system have made him a trusted advisor for many Spanish companies with interests in the Italian market. These companies consistently turn to him as a key point of reference for navigating the complexities of tax matters and bilateral agreements, in which he has substantial expertise.

His strong relationships with major business groups have led him to hold corporate positions on Boards of Statutory Auditors and Boards of Directors of both listed and unlisted companies operating in sectors such as Energy, Aviation, Gaming, Real Estate, Executive Search, and Food & Beverage.He is a member of the Commission for Tools Supporting National and International Business Development of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome.

FRANCESCO CICCULLI
Associate

Francesco Cicculli graduated from Roma Tre University and is a member of the Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors. After gaining experience at a corporate consultancy firm, he joined Russell Bedford SITAX in 2015 as a partner in the tax department.

He provides tax advisory services to international corporate groups - primarily Spanish-speaking - on a wide range of issues related to direct taxation and transfer pricing. He also offers tax and corporate consulting to major international groups, with a focus on the real estate, industrial, and business services sectors. His professional activity also includes serving on the Boards of Statutory Auditors of both listed and unlisted companies operating in sectors such as aviation, real estate, and gaming.

He lectures and collaborates on the second-level Master’s program in International Tax Planning at the University of Rome La Sapienza, and he is also involved in academic research in the field of international taxation.

Mirco Marconi graduated in Economics and Business from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and is a member of the Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors. After gaining solid experience at leading tax advisory firms, both in Italy and internationally, he joined Russell Bedford SITAX in 2025 as a partner in the tax department.

He has developed specialized expertise in tax and corporate matters, advising major international groups with a particular focus on the Energy, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Food & Beverage sectors.

His professional activity also includes serving on Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies of listed and unlisted companies operating in sectors such as Energy, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Gaming, Transportation, and Supplementary Healthcare Funds.

PAOLO PARENTE
Associate

Paolo Parente graduated from Roma Tre University with a thesis in Tax Law and is a member of the Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors. Paolo Parente has been a partner at Russell Bedford SITAX since 2015.

A former Officer of the Italian Guardia di Finanza, he has collaborated with leading tax and corporate advisory firms. He primarily focuses on tax, corporate, and financial reporting consultancy - including consolidated financial statements - as well as national tax planning and extraordinary transactions, assisting medium to large-sized companies both in Italy and internationally.

His areas of expertise include indirect taxation, M&A transactions, preparation of business plans, budgeting, and management control, particularly in the real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. His professional activity also includes statutory audit roles for listed and unlisted companies operating in the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors.
