Ferdinando De Feo graduated cum laude at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and is enrolled with the Register of Certified Public Accountants and Legal Auditors. In 2011, in partnership with other lawyers and CPAs he founded Studio Tributario Internazionale. He gained a robust experience in the tax area, and especially corporate tax, specializing in M&A operations and private equity. He can offer a many years’ experience with international and Italian clients in the practices of business valuation, tax litigation and arbitration, with which he deals constantly in the exercise of his profession.

His fluency in the Spanish language and his knowledge of the Italian tax laws and regulations made it possible for many Spanish companies and corporations to choose him as the  key contact person and counsellor in the complex area of tax laws and bilateral regulations, in which he is an expert.

He is a member of the Commission “National and International Business Development Instruments” of the Rome Association of Certified Public Accountants and Legal Auditors.

Mirco Marconi graduated in Economics and Business from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome, as well as the Register of Statutory Auditors. After gaining solid experience at leading tax consultancy firms, both in Italy and internationally, he joined Studio Tributario Internazionale as a partner in the tax department at the Rome office.

He has developed specialized expertise in tax and corporate matters, advising major international groups with a particular focus on the Energy, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Food & Beverage sectors. His professional activities also include serving on Boards of Statutory Auditors (Collegi Sindacali) and Supervisory Bodies of both listed and unlisted companies operating in sectors such as Energy, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Gaming, Transport, and Supplementary Health Care Funds.

The experience he has gained with major economic groups, combined with his in-depth knowledge of tax and corporate dynamics, make him a key point of reference for companies operating in complex and highly regulated environments.

Paolo Parente graduated from the University Roma Tre with a dissertation on Tax Legislation and is enrolled with the Register of Certified Public Accountants and Legal Auditors.

Former officer in the Tax National Guard (Guardia di Finanza), he collaborated with first-tier tax and corporate consulting firms. His main activities and specialization include: tax and corporate issues, financial statement - including consolidated ones - domestic tax planning, M&A and corporate restructuring for medium to large Italian and international companies. His area of expertise include: indirect taxation, M&A, business plan, budgeting and management control with a focus on the real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy industries. He is appointed as statutory board member in several high-profile Italian companies.

Paolo Parente is an associate at Russell Bedford SITAX since 2015.

Francesco Cicculli graduated from University Roma Tre and is enrolled in the Register of Certified Public Accountants and Legal Auditors. After working for a corporate consulting firm, he joined Studio Tributario Internazionale.

He assists international corporations (mainly those with Spanish-speaking management)  in tax matters such as several direct tax and transfer pricing issues. He also provides advice and assistance for large international corporations in the real estate and IT industries.

He collaborates and gives lectures in the MA in International Tax Planning at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, where he also carries out research activities in international taxation.

Francesco Cicculli is an associate at Russell Bedford SITAX since 2015.

Alessandra Luciani graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome. After gaining significant experience at a leading tax advisory firm, she joined Studio Tributario Internazionale, where she primarily provides tax and corporate consultancy services to companies operating both nationally and internationally.

She has developed solid expertise in individual taxation, with a particular specialization in assisting clients entering or leaving the Italian territory, determining tax residency status, and interpreting international tax treaties aimed at avoiding double taxation.

She is also specialized in the hospitality & hotel, energy, and gaming sectors, in which she offers tailored and high-level support, contributing to the management of complex matters in highly regulated environments.

Franco Pichiorri is enrolled in the Register of Certified Public Accountants and Legal Auditors.

He began his career at Arthur Anderson & Co. in 1974 where he started out as auditor and where he then worked on tax advisory projects. In 1977 he established, in partnership with other colleagues and then on his own, a tax and audit firm through which he worked in his profession until the establishment in 2011 of Studio Tributario Internazionale. He has a 30-years’ experience in corporate tax, auditing and corporate restructuring. He is the key consultant for several first-tier companies operating in entertainment, distribution, food and press industries. 

He is member of the board of statutory auditors and directors in many important companies and organizations. Also, he acts as an administrator in leading companies.
